  • If you select a prepaid subscription, you will be charged upfront for the full subscription term.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

If payment has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable beverages, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will assess the issue accordingly.

2. Pre-Orders

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

3. Try Before You Buy (If Applicable)

  • If the product is not returned within the specified trial period, your payment method will be charged in full.

Due to food safety regulations, opened beverage products cannot be returned unless faulty.
