Frequently Asked Questions
You don't need to do anything. Once we received your returned bottle, we add S$1 in store credit directly to your account and send you a confirmation email. The credit applies automatically at checkout on your next order.
No expiry. Use them whenever you like.
A quick rinse is enough. We sterilise everything before reuse, so don't worry about scrubbing. Just make sure there's no liquid sloshing around and the bottle isn't cracked.
Yes, as long as it's one of our bottles (look for our logo on the base) and it's intact.
Totally fine. We don't track who bought what - a returned bottle is a returned bottle.
No penalty. You just don't get the S$1 credit for that bottle. You can still purchase your next one as normal.
